Short for high intensity interval training, this class is sure to get your heart rate up, utilizing kettlebells, ropes, bodyweight, and other fun tools. All levels welcome.
Punch Power
This class is for all levels and is held in The Power Room.The goal is to build a strong foundation and to increase strength and conditioning.You'll work on basic movements, such as the squat, deadlift, overhead press, and bench press.The workouts are programmed for solid results, and you can clearly measure your progress over time. All classes shown in red are held in The Power Room.
Punch Power Plus
This is a Punch Power class with a bonus cardio conditioning workout added on at the end of class. We’ll start downstairs in The Power Room and end up upstairs for some ropes and kettlebell fun. In an hour and a half, you’ll get your strength and cardio workouts in , all in one shot! (Staying for the cardio portion of this class is optional)
Art of
This is an intermediate to advanced level class.We incorporate kettlebellsand all the tools unique to Punch Gym –Vintage dumbbells and bars, Ropes Gone Wild, Bandit Loops, and more –to give you a full-body workout. The class will challenge your strength and cardiovascular endurance at the same time.
This is an advanced level class.The training is very technical, and all participants must show a full understanding of and be proficient in kettlebellmovements. After either the orientation or sufficient time in Fundamentals and Art of Strength, you must have permission from a Punch Norwalk trainer to attend this class.In Kettlebells, you’ll get an intense and efficient full-body workout, challenging both your strength and cardiovascular endurance.
Punch Express
These are 30-minute, a little more intense versions of our regular, 45-minute Art of Strength and Kettlebell classes. You’llget a little less rest here! This class is the perfect chaser to a Punch Power class and a great way to get efficient and effective cardiovascular exercise into your routine.
9.8 meters per second. Do you have the strength to defeat Gravity? Push, pull, and move yourself for a total body workout using your own bodyweight as primary resistance. Pushups, pull-ups, dips, planks, lunges, squats, and 40 yard dashes are a few examples of what you can expect. Dumbells, barbells, and kettlebells movements are also utilized. This class is for all levels.
Punch Rx
You want cardio conditioning? We got your cardio conditioning right here! High intensity but always fun, this class welcomes all levels.
This class is for all levels.You’ll use ropes and body weight exercises for a high-intensity interval training session.
Rope Fusion
This class is for all levels.In 45 minutes, you’ll get a high-intensity, full-body workout using ropes, weights, and your own body weight in a circuit style setting.
Stretch & Mobility
Sunday Punch
This class is for all levels. It’s similar to the Art of Strength workout.
Belles Training
This class is for all levels and is held in The Power Room. You’ll use strongman implements, such as logs, atlas stones, kegs, Husafelstones, frames, and farmer’s handles, to give you a full-body functional workout.You’ll be lifting, loading, and carrying.These movements all carry over into real life and sports.
